Brandon Weeden missed the end of the Cleveland Browns' win over the Pittsburgh Steelers after sustaining a concussion.
The rookie quarterback landed awkwardly after throwing an interception in the final minutes of the game.
Brown's coach Pat Shurmur said: "He's good. We had a good conversation.
"He's being treated for a concussion, and we'll see where that goes. Some guys come back quickly, some guys don't."
Alex Smith, Jay Cutler and Michael Vick have also suffered concussions in recent weeks.
