Jacksonville levelled the scores in the second quarter when Blake Bortles moved his side into the redzone following a series of accurate throws. The quarterback finished the drive with another pinpoint pass to find Allen Robinson for the two-yard score.
Houston pulled back ahead when Hoyer and Foster engineered a solid drive, which culminated in three points for Bill O'Brien's men as Nick Novak fired his 41-yard field goal through the posts.
