Indianapolis Colts safety LaRon Landry has been suspended by the NFL for four games for violating its policy on performance-enhancing drugs.
The 29-year-old tested positive for a banned substance during a league-mandated drug test and will not be able to return to the team's facilities until October 27.
Landry will miss his side's matches against the Baltimore Ravens, the Houston Texans, the Cincinnati Bengals and the Pittsburgh Steelers.
The defensive back has recorded 23 tackles and one sack for the Colts this season.
