The Jacksonville Jaguars are considering choosing offensive tackle Jake Matthews with their third overall pick in next month's Draft, according to reports.
Matthews visited the Jaguars last Thursday ahead of a potential move to the franchise, despite the team also being in need of a pass-rusher, a quarterback and a wide receiver.
The Jaguars drafted an offensive tackle with the second overall pick last year, bringing in Luke Joeckel who, like Matthews, played for Texas A&M Aggies.
Matthews, who is the son of Hall of Fame offensive tackle Bruce Matthews, has been widely tipped to be chosen in the top 10 of the 2014 Draft, although choosing him third overall would be something of a surprise.
Jacksonville have made their offensive line a high priority recently, also adding former Denver Broncos guard Zane Beadles to their roster in March.
