Jacksonville Jaguars' Luke Joeckel looking to reach his best in 2015 season

Jacksonville Jaguars offensive tackle Luke Joeckel is looking to reach his best form in the 2015 season after a below-par campaign in 2014.

Jacksonville Jaguars offensive tackle Luke Joeckel believes that he has made significant strides in the off-season to help him reach his best form in the 2015 campaign.

Joeckel was selected with the second overall pick in the 2013 Draft, but has struggled to live up to expectations as injury limited him to just five games in his rookie season, while he had a difficult time protecting the blindside of Blake Bortles last year.

However, the 23-year-old is confident that he can bounce back in the 2015 season due to being fully fit for the first time during an off-season with the Jaguars.

"The biggest thing is strength and weight," Joeckel told the club's official website. "That was evident coming out of the season. That's been the main thing, the main focus. It's been going really well. Having a healthy off-season has been huge.

"I definitely can see growth this off-season. Going into last season, I didn't feel like I had gotten stronger, gotten bigger and that I was ready to go out and play. This off-season, I can see it in the weight room, and I'm excited to get into OTAs and training camp and see where I am."

Joeckel played in all 16 games for Gus Bradley's men in the 2014 campaign.
