The San Francisco 49ers have made it five wins in a row with an emphatic 42-10 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars at Wembley this evening.
The 49ers made a blistering start to the match as Frank Gore broke through the middle of the defensive line on the opening drive before weaving his way round a defender to complete a 19-yard touchdown.
Colin Kaepernick demonstrated his rushing skills at the end of the first quarter as he took advantage of some good blocking to dive into the corner of the endzone for a 12-yard score.

Kaepernick turned provider at the start of the second quarter, looping a pass over the defence to Vernon Davis, who had been left wide open at the back of the endzone.
The 49ers quarterback then picked up his second touchdown of the day with a nine-yard run that showcased his speed and strength to beat the defence.

Josh Scobee finally got the Jaguars on the board with a 38-yard field goal right at the end of the first half, and they scored their first touchdown of the match in the third quarter when Chad Henne's 29-yard pass found Mike Brown wide open in the endzone.
Any hopes of a dramatic comeback were dashed soon after, however, as Gore burrowed through the middle of the defensive line to score his second touchdown of the day from two yards.

Things then got even worse for Jacksonville as Marcedes Lewis fumbled the ball, allowing Dan Skuta to pick it up and shrug off a number of missed tackles to score a 47-yard return touchdown.
The result means that the Jaguars are still looking for their first win of the season having lost their opening eight matches.
