Miami Dolphins' Branden Albert unsure of fitness for start of 2015 season

Miami Dolphins offensive lineman Branden Albert admits that he doesn't know whether he will be fit for the start of the 2015 season.

Miami Dolphins offensive lineman Branden Albert has conceded that he is unsure whether he will be fit for his side's opening match of the 2015 season.

The 30-year-old tore his ACL and MCL during the 2014 campaign in November and underwent surgery to amend the problem.

However, Albert has admitted that he doesn't know whether he will be far enough into his recovery to feature when the NFL season begins again in September.

"I hope I'll be able to play the first game; I just don't know," Albert told The Miami Herald. "We'll see."

Albert joined the Dolphins from the Kansas City Chiefs last year.
