The New England Patriots have announced that wide receiver Danny Amendola is out of their clash with the New York Jets on Sunday.
The 27-year-old sustained a concussion in his side's win over the New Orleans Saints last week and has been out of all Bill Belichick's side's practice sessions this week.
However, Amendola is officially out with a groin injury - according to the club's injury report - that he sustained in the first week of the season.
The Patriots will also be without defensive tackle Tommy Kelly and running back Leon Washington, but tight end Rob Gronkowski has been cleared to play.
Belichick's side are 5-1 going into their match with the Jets.
