Robert Kraft: 'I don't think Ray Rice will play again'

New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft doubts that former Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice will ever play again in the NFL.

New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft has revealed that he would be "shocked" if an NFL team ever signed running back Ray Rice.

The 27-year-old was suspended indefinitely by the NFL and cut by the Baltimore Ravens after a video was released showing him to have punched his wife in the lift of an Atlantic City hotel.

Kraft doubts that even if the league decided to lift the suspension any club in the NFL would sign him.

"Well, I don't think he will play another NFL game," Kraft told CBS. "I would be shocked if some team would pick him up."

A report claimed on Wednesday that the NFL had a copy of the video released on Monday in their possession for three months.
