New York Giants head coach Tom Coughlin will remain at the club in the 2015 season, according to a report.
The 68-year-old was under pressure early in the campaign as his team looked set to post one of the worst records in the NFL, but a rally late in the year took them to a 6-10 record.
Despite missing the post-season for the third year in a row, Coughlin has been told by Giants owner John Mara that his job is safe, although he may have to consider staffing changes, reports ESPN.
Coughlin won the Super Bowl with the Giants in the 2007 and 2011 seasons.
