The New York Jets have agreed a new contract with Brandon Marshall before the wide receiver has played his first game for the team.
The AFC East side acquired the veteran pass-catcher in a trade with the Chicago Bears earlier this year.
According to NFL Media, the new deal includes a pay rise for the 31-year-old, giving him a guaranteed salary of $9m (£5.9m) for the 2015 season, up from $7.5m (£4.9m) under his previous contract.
Marshall had 721 receiving yards and eight touchdowns in 13 games for the Bears in 2014.
