Oakland Raiders kicker Sebastian Janikowski has signed a four-year contract extension to remain with the club until the 2017 season.
Dennis Allen's side have taken the decision to retain the services of the 35-year-old despite him being about to enter his 14th season at the organisation.
Janikowski was named in the All Pro side in 2011 and was also named in the Pro Bowl in the same season, the first time he has ever achieved the feat.
The 35-year-old was drafted 17th overall overall by the Raiders in the 2000 draft, becoming only the third kicker to be taken in the first round.
