Nick Williams grateful to Pittsburgh Steelers

Pittsburgh Steelers defensive end Nick Williams reveals that he is thankful that the club kept faith with him after he was ruled out of the 2013 campaign.

Pittsburgh Steelers defensive end Nick Williams has admitted that he is grateful that the club stuck with him after he sustained an injury last season.

The 24-year-old sustained a season-ending knee subluxation injury during pre-season and was placed on the club's injured reserve list before the start of the regular-season campaign.

"The initial reaction was, 'What am I going to do now?" Williams told the club's official website. "The Steelers are a great organization and they want to mold me into what they want to mold me into.

"It was gracious of them to keep me on the team and keep chugging along."

Williams was selected by the Steelers in the seventh round of the 2013 Draft.
