The St Louis Rams have taken a 7-3 lead into half time of their NFL clash with the 2-7 Baltimore Ravens at the M&T Bank Stadium this evening.
The Rams brought in Case Keenum to replace Nick Foles at quarterback, but both he and Joe Flacco struggled to make serious ground for much of the opening quarter as the defences came out on top.
The hosts squandered the first scoring opportunity when Justin Tucker sent his 51-yard field goal wide to the right, but the first points arrived not long after as Todd Gurley burrowed his way through for a one-yard touchdown.
A scoreless first quarter for the Ravens got even worse when running back Justin Forsett suffered a broken arm, and things didn't get much better in the second when Flacco was intercepted by Rodney McLeod.
The hosts were forced to wait until the dying seconds of the half to finally get on the scoreboard, with Tucker this time making his kick from 25 yards to leave the gap at four.
