Michael Griffin: Jets take "deep shots"

Tennessee Titans safety Michael Griffin says that he expects the New York Jets to try some long passes during their game tomorrow.

Michael Griffin has said that the Tennessee Titans are expecting the New York Jets to take "deep shots" this weekend.

The safety took two interceptions when the AFC West side faced the Jets last December.

The 28-year-old told the team's official website: "They take some deep shots and they've got some explosive players. If they see something, they may try to take an opportunity at it, but if they don't we'll see where it goes."

Defensive coordinator Jerry Gray added: "They've got a great defense. They're really good. They held New England down to 13 points, so those guys are playing good football."

The sides meet at LP Field tomorrow.
