Washington Redskins offensive tackle Trent Williams is desperate to be fully fit in time for the new season.
The 26-year-old is currently sitting out the team's OTA sessions in order to get himself right ahead of the their opener against the Miami Dolphins.
He told the Redskins' official website: "My mind frame was to get it 100% before we go into camp, so I can put this thing behind me.
"There's no point in risking anything right now, any suffering, any setbacks. Training camp is probably the most vital thing that I need to be ready for."
Williams has been selected for the Pro Bowl on three occasions.
