Azerbaijani 3,000m steeplechase athlete Chaltu Beji has been banned by the European Olympic Committee after failing a drugs test.
The Ethiopian-born competitor was found to have committed an anti-doping rule violation, which has led to her suspension from the 2015 European Games on home soil.
Beji provided a urine sample last week which contained osterine, before requesting that a B-sample be analysed which also contained the prohibited substance.
It means that the 18-year-old, who secured a Games record in the 3,000m steeplechase in Baku, will now be disqualified from that event.
Beji's ban will not affect the result of the team athletics event.
