Sunny intervals and warm weather are forecast for day 14 of the Olympic Games in London, with the majority of the morning's action taking place on the shores of Weymouth, Dorney Lake and Hyde Park in London.
The canoe sprint events, which are due to get underway at Eton Dorney from 9am, are likely to avoid any rain spells with clouds and temperatures of 19 degrees expected.
The men's 10km open-water marathon begins just before midday, as do the sailing events at Weymouth, so spectators in Hyde Park should be bathed in sunshine with temperatures rising to 22 degrees, while those on the coast should avoid any rain or cold winds.
The warmest it's expected to reach today is 22 degrees, which should be between 4pm and 7pm, where it will begin to get cooler and cloudier before falling to 20 degrees around midnight.
