Russia's Alexey Ashapatov has won a gold medal for his nation in the men's F57/58 shot put final.
The Russian took an early lead in the contest after throwing an impressive 16.20m, which broke the Paralympic record.
Ashapatov comfortably secured his place in the top spot, which left the silver and bronze medals up for grabs, which Poland's Janusz Rokicki took full advantage of.
The Polish athlete threw a seasonal best of 15.68m, while Michael Louwrens of South Africa snatched the bronze medal with a throw of 13.64m.
