Led by Eilidh Child, the GB team finished just two-hundredths of a second behind Ukraine, with France claiming another gold on the final day of competition in Switzerland.

Both Ukraine and GB set season-best times, while France's 3:24.27 was the fastest in Europe this season.

France now lead the overall medal table with one more gold than Great Britain.
