Jenny Meadows has made it a hat-trick of Great Britain qualifiers for the women's 800m final at the World Athletics Championships in Beijing by squeezing through her heat.
Meadows posted a fourth-best time of 2:00.70 as the 34-year-old qualified for the showpiece as one of the fastest losers this morning.
Consequently, the veteran joins teammate Lynsey Sharp and Shelayna Oskan-Clarke in the final, after the duo both emerged unscathed from their respective heats.
There was also success on the track for Britain's men, as Tom Farrell and reigning champion Mo Farah reached the 5,000m final this morning.
