It was the Bucks' 13th straight win and 10th straight over the Pistons.
Andre Drummond was the Pistons' highest scorer with 23 points, while Langston Galloway got 20.
The win for Milwaukee consolidates their position at the top of the Eastern Conference, while the loss leaves Detroit stuck in 10th.
Devonte Graham of Charlotte scored a career-high 10 three-pointers as the Hornets beat the Golden State Warriors 106-91.
Graham combined with Terry Rozier for 58 points, 16 assists and 14 rebounds in what was an easy win for the home side over the injury-ravaged Warriors.
Charlotte (9-14) move up to ninth in the Eastern table with the win, while Golden State (4-19) remain rooted to the bottom of the Western standings.
In Florida, Aaron Gordon's season-high 32 points helped the Orlando Magic power past the Phoenix Suns 128-114.
The visitors had led by 10 points in the fist half thanks largely to a strong start from Frank Kaminsky, but they could not hold onto it with Gordon and team-mates Terrence Ross (22 points), Evan Fournier (21) and Markelle Fultz (13) in fine scoring form.
The Magic (10-11) have now won three straight, while the Suns slip to 9-11.
