LeBron James: 'Cleveland Cavaliers ready to go ahead of playoff finals'

James: 'Cavs ready to go'

Cleveland Cavaliers small forward LeBron James has insisted that his side are ready to go ahead of the first game of their playoff finals clash with the Golden State Warriors.

Game one of the showpiece begins on Thursday night at the Oracle Arena in California, with the Cavaliers looking to claim the first championship in the franchise's history.

"We're restless; we're ready to go," said James, according to WKYC.com.

"We still got to get in the lab. We still have to go over our preparation, still prep, but we're restless. We don't like this much time off."

Should the Cavs come out on top of the five-game clash, the city of Cleveland would become home to its first pro sports champions since 1964.
