Cleveland Cavaliers center Tristan Thompson believes that LeBron James has elevated the performances of his teammates this season.
The 30-year-old put in a 30-point performance to guide the Cavaliers to victory in game two of their Eastern Conference playoff final series against the Atlanta Hawks.
Thompson has insisted that James has inspired the team to deliver their best throughout the season and put them in touching distance of the NBA finals.
"He helps us elevate our game," Thompson told reporters. "Playing with a great player like him just makes you want to get better, makes you want to put the time in watching film and I think that's what great players do. They take the group around them and help elevate their game."
The Cavaliers hold a 2-0 lead in the series ahead of game three on Sunday.
