Dwight Howard has suggested that he can continue to make an impact in the NBA for at least another 10 years.
Injuries have disrupted the 29-year-old's career since he arrived at the Houston Rockets two years ago, but as he prepares for his 12th year in the league, the center is certain that he still has plenty left in the tank.
"I mean, I feel good. I'm 29 years old regardless of me being in the league for 12 years, I'm fairly young," Howard told reporters. "I got about a good 10 years left in me.
"I'm going to give everything I got for these 10, 11 years I got left."
Howard averaged 16.4 points and 14 rebounds per game in the playoffs as the Rockets were beaten by the Golden State Warriors in the Western Conference finals last season.
