James Harden has become the first player in NBA history to have scored 27 points while making only two field-goal attempts in a game, as the Houston Rockets beat the Memphis Grizzlies 100-92 at the Toyota Center on Boxing Day.
Harden scored 22 of his points from the free-throw line, while Jeremy Lin was on hand to notch 14 of his 18 points in the final quarter.
Earlier in the game Zach Randolph had helped Memphis to a fourth-quarter lead of 10, having notched 23 points and 17 rebounds for his side. However it wasn't enough as the Rockets were able to reduce the deficit and steal the win.
The victory sees the Rockets sitting in second place in the Southwest Division, with a record of 20-11.
