Jordan Clarkson has said that the Los Angeles Lakers should have avoided double overtime in their narrow win over the Chicago Bulls.
The Lakers ended a nine-game losing streak with their 123-118 victory, but let a nine-point lead slip in the final 70 seconds of regulation before needing two overtime periods to clinch the win.
The rookie guard told reporters: "It felt good to have the win, but I wish it didn't have to go two overtimes. I should have taken care of the ball and been more aggressive, but we got it done."
Clarkson scored 18 points during the victory.
