Byron Scott has reportedly had a second interview with the Los Angeles Lakers for their vacant head coach post.
The Pacific Division side have been searching for a new coach since Mike D'Antoni quit at the end of the regular season, with the team having missed out on a place in the playoffs.
According to ESPN, the former Cleveland Cavaliers coach, who spent the majority of his playing career with the Lakers, is the only candidate to have had a second interview with the team so far.
Scott recently claimed that he would be the "perfect guy" to take over at the team.
