New York Knicks bring in four new assistants

New York Knicks head coach Derek Fisher welcomes four new assistants to his touchline staff, following the recent addition of assistant head coach Kurt Rambis.

First-year New York Knicks coach Derek Fisher has brought in four new assistants to his staff ahead of the next NBA season.

Fisher can now rely on the experience of Jim Cleamons, Rasheed Hazzard, Brian Keefe and Joshua Longstaff, who come in to work alongside recently-hired associate head coach Kurt Rambis.

Cleamons joins as the most decorated new member of staff after he helped Doc Rivers to nine titles with the Chicago Bulls and Los Angeles Lakers, having also featured for New York during his playing days.

The new NBA season is due to get underway on October 28, when the San Antonio Spurs face the Dallas Mavericks.
