Italy's Roberto Cammarelle has continued his defence of his Olympic title with a one-point victory over Morocco's Mohammed Arjaoui.
A scrappy opening round ended with the scores level at 3-3. Arjaoui started the second round brightly by landing a massive right hand that wobbled Cammarelle.
The Italian's knees buckled, but he managed to hang on and regain his composure.
The Moroccan was warned a few times for throwing his shoulder into Camarelle, before finaly being publicly warned.
Cammarelle was getting the better of the contest but was only one point in front. A straight left jab from Arjaoui just warned the Italian to stay on his toes.
In the end, the Italian ran out a 12-11 winner.
