Tyson Fury has confirmed that his rescheduled heavyweight fight with David Haye has now been finalised.
Haye pulled out of the fight a week before September 28 date due to a cut above his eye.
The fight was thought to have been rescheduled for February 8 next year, but Fury claimed he was waiting for assurances from Haye before signing the contract.
The unbeaten prospect wrote on his Twitter account this morning that the fight was confirmed: "Lawyers just confirmed the Haye contract agreed and signed. No excuse for this t**ser to pull out again."
Fury has never lost in 21 fights, while Haye, a former world champion, has been beaten just twice.
