Tyson Fury has revealed that he would love a clash with Lucas Browne – once he has secured a world title.
The heavyweight says that a meeting with Browne is something that he would be interested in, but he will only look to arrange the bout when he is a world champion.
He told the Manchester Evening News: "If the day comes then it'd be an explosive fight, and entertaining fight. But at the moment, I'm trying to hunt down a world title.
"Would I waste a fight with Lucas Browne for no money and no titles? I really doubt that. I'm in boxing to make money. I'm not here to get punched in the face for no money at the end of it.
"When I get a world title I will gladly defend it against Lucas, that is a promise."
Browne is managed by Ricky Hatton.
