Anthony Joshua has announced that he will face Gary Cornish for the vacant Commonwealth Heavyweight title at the O2 Arena in London on September 12.
Joshua, 25, has won all 13 of his professional bouts via knockout since winning a gold medal at the 2012 Olympics, and the chance to compete for the Commonwealth strap comes after it was vacated by Lucas Browne earlier this week.
Meanwhile, 28-year-old IBO Inter-Continental champion Cornish is also unbeaten in his 21 professional fights so far. Three of the Scot's 12 knockout victories have come in London.
If Joshua can overcome Cornish, he is scheduled to face Dillian Whyte for the British title on December 12.
