British super-middleweight Paul Smith has revealed that no decision is imminent regarding his future.
Last month, Smith suffered a ninth-round stoppage defeat to Andre Ward after previously losing twice for the WBO title against Arthur Abraham, but the Merseyside fighter has insisted that he has not given much thought to whether he will continue in the sport.
The 32-year-old told Sky Sports News: "I am not even thinking about it. I honestly don't know what I'm doing.
"It was only three weeks ago that I fought the best fighter in the division, so I am just taking a rest. And I need a good rest with my family."
Smith has won 35 of his 41 matches in the professional ranks.
