Lee Selby has backed himself to stop IBF featherweight champion Evgeny Gradovich in their contest at the O2 Arena in London on May 30.
Selby is bidding to become world champion in just his 22nd professional fight, but the Welshman believes that he has the skills to discourage the Russian before ending the bout inside the distance.
The 28-year-old told reporters: "If the fight was next week, I'd be ready to fight, I know that I'm up against it as he is a true champion.
"My plan is to break him down round by round, like I did with Brunker, and then take him out. I'm going to knock him out."
The bout features on a huge bill that also includes Kell Brook's domestic showdown with Frankie Gavin for the IBF welterweight title.
