Adonis Stevenson eyes Sakio Bika knockout

WBC light-heavyweight champion Adonis Stevenson admits that he is eager to become the first man to stop Sakio Bika when they clash in Quebec City on Saturday night.

Adonis Stevenson has insisted that there is no danger of complacency when he defends his WBC light-heavyweight title against Sakio Bika on Saturday night.

Bika is making his first appearance at 175lbs after losing his world title at super-middleweight, and Stevenson is hoping that a sharp performance can help him become the first man to stop the veteran when they meet in Quebec City.

The 37-year-old is quoted by Sky Sports News as saying: "I'm looking for the KO. Knockouts sell. I can do a lot in the ring, but first and foremost, I'm a knockout artist.

"I'm very focused because I know Bika is very dangerous. I know he's going to come into the ring and try to give me trouble."

Victory over Bika would set up a unification clash with Sergey Kovalev towards the end of 2015.
