Morgan: "It was a hell of a game"

England Twenty20 captain Eoin Morgan has praised his players following Saturday's dramatic victory over India in Pune.

The hosts scored 177-8 from their innings, but Morgan smashed a six from the very last ball when three runs were needed to see England over the line and end the series 1-1.

"It was a hell of a game of cricket," he said.

"It was a great pitch to be prepared for a Twenty20 game and both sides were in the game throughout the whole 40 overs, which was great to see.

"[The fielding] was outstanding. It's an area that we've looked at where we can be ahead of the game and save 10 or 15 runs each time, and today we were amazing."

The win saw England successfully complete their highest-ever run chase in T20 internationals.
