Pat Pocock believes that there is a real lack of spin talent in England to cover for Graeme Swann and Monty Panesar.

Former England bowler Pat Pocock has stated that the current depth in spin bowling for his country is poor.

Pocock said that only Graeme Swann and Monty Panesar are of Test standard, but England cannot rely on them for ever as they are both over 30.

"It's a sad indictment in the whole country that there are only two spinners good enough to play Test match cricket for England," he told BBC Sport.

"Those two are over 30 and after them we are really, really struggling."

James Tredwell has been preferred to Panesar as backup for Swann recently.
