Sri Lanka have set India a victory target of 154 runs in the Twenty20 World Cup warm-up encounter between the two nations at the Shere Bangla National Stadium in Bangladesh.
Opener Kusal Perera posted a quickfire 21 before he was caught by Mohammed Shami, but his partner Tillakaratne Dilshan managed to score just nine runs from 20 deliveries prior to him being trapped lbw by Ravichandran Ashwin.
Kumar Sangakkara, who will retire at the end of the tournament, could only contribute four runs, but a knock of 30 and 29 from Mahela Jayawardene and Dinesh Chandimal respectively helped Sri Lanka towards three figures.
Those two were removed in quick succession, but Thisara Perera (18) and Nuwan Kulasekara (21) finished strongly at the crease to take their nation beyond the 150 mark for the loss of six wickets.
