Brisbane Heat have moved up to fourth place in the Big Bash League after they recorded a 32-run victory over Adelaide Strikers.
Craig Kieswetter hit 51 from 46 balls as Heat posted a score of 129-7, before Strikers fell to 97 all out with 10 balls to spare.
Heat's innings got off to a poor start after Joe Burn was dismissed for four but as wickets fell regularly, Kieswetter remained at the crease to hit three sixes on the way to a valuable fifty.
Ben McDermott added 30 as Heat posted a challenging total, and their task of defending their target was made easier thanks to two early wickets from Daniel Vettori.
Nathan Reardon recorded 33 for Adelaide, but two wickets apiece from Ryan Harris and Cameron Gannon saw Heat coast home to an important two points.
