Kane Williamson's unbeaten century inspired Northern Districts to a weather-affected victory over Cape Cobras in the Champions League Twenty20.
The New Zealand international batted through for 101 not out from 49 balls as the Districts posted 206-5 in the day-night match in Raipur.
Williamson put on 140 for the first wicket with Anton Devcich, who contributed 67 before he was run out by Robin Peterson, and later came together with BJ Watling to blast the Districts to a commanding total.
Trent Boult bowled Cobras opener Stiaan van Zyl with the first ball of the second innings, and the South African side's key man Hashim Amla followed when was caught by the sub fielder off Scott Kuggeleijn.
Peterson and Omphile Ramela began the rebuilding job for Cobras and guided them to 44-2 off 7.2 overs before the rain came down, and it never ceased as the Districts won by 33 runs on Duckworth-Lewis method.
