South Africa have claimed four wickets in the morning session on day four to keep alive their slim hopes of beating India in the first Test in Johannesburg.
India began the day on 284-2 with a lead of 320 and the tourists added another 31 runs before Cheteshwar Pujara's innings of 153 off 270 was brought to an end.
Pujara perished as he edged Jacques Kallis to AB de Villiers, who took a smart catch.
Rohit Sharma then made just six off 13 deliveries before he was bowled by Kallis.
Virat Kohli (96) was next to depart, as his 193-ball innings was ended when he clipped JP Duminy to De Villiers.
With a strike-rate of 55.55, Ajinkya Rahane made 15, but his stay at the crease was a short one, with captain Graeme Smith taking a simple catch off the bowling of Duminy.
That proved to be the last action of the session, as India reached lunch on 358-6, with a lead of 394.
MS Dhoni will resume unbeaten on 16 after negotiating 20 balls so far.
