West Indies coach Ottis Gibson has admitted that Chris Gayle's return to the international scene will be a huge boost for his side.
Gayle has revealed that his feud with the West Indies Cricket Board was over and that he would be available for the one-day series against England this summer.
Former England international Gibson claims that Gayle will be selected because he is the best batsman in limited overs cricket.
Gibson said: "It's great to hear that Chris is available again. I'm sure the selectors will pick him, because he's world-class.
"If he's made himself available for the one-day series, I can't see him not being selected.
"It will be very easy (for him). He's the best one-day batsman in the world. So I don't think it will be a problem at all."
Gayle was forced to pull out of his deal with Somerset in order to return for West Indies.
