Dutch rider Lars Boom has won the 2011 Tour of Britain.
The 25-year-old has controlled large parts of the week-long event and he kept up that good form with a winning ride in London this afternoon.
Boom, who competes for UCI ProTeam Rabobank, recorded victory by 36 seconds in the overall classification.
Team Sky's Steve Cummings was second, ahead of Jan Bartha in third place.
