World number one Michael van Gerwen will play Thailand's Thanawat Gaweenuntawong or Rene Eidams of Germany, while 16-time world champion Phil Taylor will go up against Keita Ono or Alex Tagarao.
The tie of the last 64 sees Peter Wright play former world youth champion Keegan Brown, with Adrian Lewis and Robert Thornton, the fifth and sixth seeds respectively, facing former Lakeside players Jan Dekker and Alan Norris.
Five-time world champion Raymond van Barneveld has been drawn to meet Dutch compatriot Dirk van Duijvenbode.
