Michael van Gerwen will begin his World Matchplay campaign with a opening-round match with Steve Beaton.
The Dutchman, who won the PDC World Championship in January, is the number one seed for the tournament, which will begin at the Winter Gardens in Blackpool on July 19.
Defending champion Phil Taylor has been handed a clash with Darren Webster, while last year's runner-up Adrian Lewis will face Andrew Gilding
2014 Lakeside winner Stephen Bunting will make his Matchplay debut against sixth seed Peter Wright, while Raymond van Barneveld has been given an all-Dutch affair with the in-form Vincent van der Voort.
