Owen Warner, aka Romeo in Hollyoaks, reportedly signs up for the new series of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!

Hollyoaks star Owen Warner has reportedly been lined up to appear on this year's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!

After two years in Wales due to coronavirus, the show is returning to Australia for the new series, which is due to begin earlier than usual - the end of next month - due to the winter World Cup.

According to The Sun, among the crop of famous faces heading down under is 23-year-old heartthrob Warner, who has played the part of Romeo Nightingale on the Channel 4 soap for the last four years.

"Owen is so excited to be in the mix," a source told the newspaper. "He's never done anything like this, and it would catapult his profile to a new level.

"His abs are on-point so he wouldn't be shy about showing off his bod."

The full lineup for the new series is expected to be announced by ITV in the coming weeks.
