Tommy Fury is reportedly "in talks" about appearing on this year's I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!

The 25-year-old boxer - younger brother of heavyweight champion Tyson Fury - rose to public prominence in 2019 when he appeared on Love Island, finishing as a runner-up with girlfriend Molly-Mae Hague.

Fury and Hague remained a couple, having a daughter together, but split up last month amid claims that he had cheated on her - allegations he vehemently denied.

An I'm A Celeb source told The Sun: "Tommy is a great name as a potential campmate as he's already known to the ITV audience and he'd be brilliant in the Bushtucker Trials.

"Bosses are talking with lots of celebrities and are determined to make this year's lineup one of the best.

"They also know that the super-fit boxer is likely to be a prime candidate for the annual hunk-in-the-jungle shower scenes."

Other names in the frame for the show, which airs on ITV in November, include Coronation Street actor Alan Halsall, social media star GK Barry and former Strictly Come Dancing pro Oti Mabuse.
