Watch: First trailer released for Dune: Part Two
Take a look at the first trailer for the highly-anticipated second part of sci-fi epic Dune, due for release this November.

Warner Bros. has released the first trailer for the highly-anticipated second part of sci-fi epic Dune.

Denis Villeneuve's follow-on from the 2021 movie sees Timothee Chalamet reprise his role as Paul Atreides, aka Muad'Dib, now Duke of the House Atreides and prophet of the Fremen after the events of the first film.

The second film follows Paul as he looks to avenge his father's betrayal and try to prevent a horrifying future he has seen through his visions - as alluded to in the new trailer.

"There are countless dreams I've had where I saw my death," Paul says. "I'm going to get stabbed with a knife I saw before.

"I saw her face - I know who she is. But I don't know how, where or when it's going to happen."

He continues ominously: "There will be a war in my name. We're done running. It's time to stand... and fight.

Dune - Part Two, which also stars Zendaya, Josh Brolin, Austin Butler, Rebecca Ferguson, Dave Bautista and Stellan Skarsgard, is due out on November 3.
