Riccardo Montolivo admits that there is "a big difference" Juventus and AC Milan but is confident of a win at San Siro.

AC Milan midfielder Riccardo Montolivo has admitted that Juventus have a stronger team than they do.

The Italian admits that there is "a big difference" between the two sides ahead of their Serie A clash at San Siro on Sunday.

"There is a big difference between us and Juventus," La Gazzetta dello Sport quotes him as saying. "They have more quality; they are more of a team. But we have the weapons to have a great match against them.

"After the games against Napoli and Anderlecht, it takes very little to make the same old mistakes again. A good result against Juve would send a message, above all to ourselves.

"The stadium should be full and furious. We cannot let them play and must defend away from our box and attack at every opportunity."

Milan are currently 12th in the league standings, while Juventus are in pole position.
